Are your products natural?
We can confirm that our products are all-natural and suitable for vegans to use.
My hair and scalp are sensitive, can I still use your products?
Our founder Rochelle also has sensitive hair and scalp, this is the reason why she created New Shell. Each product goes under cosmetics testing for at least 3 months to ensure they are safe. I would also recommend that you do a patch test before using any product.
Can I change my order?
We can amend your order if you contact us via info@newshell.co.uk as soon as possible, and we will be more than happy to help you.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, once it has been packed you will be sent a confirmation email and text with your tracking information.
Where and how are your products made?
Our products are handmade in the UK by founder and formulator Rochelle.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, our packaging is 100% recyclable.
How much is the shipping cost and when will be order be sent?
The shipping cost is £3 for orders in the UK. £10 for European countries and starting from £17 for standard international. Your order will be sent within 3-5 working days.
